Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance - Grand Rapids
Helpful to all who live with or care about someone with mental health challenges. Education, support groups, and other resources are available. The Grand Rapids chapter currently meets online. Visit the national Depression and Support Alliance here.
Black Emotional and Mental Health Collective (BEAM)
BEAM is a national training, movement building, and grant-making institution dedicated to the healing, wellness, and liberation of Black and marginalized communities.
National Education Alliance for Borderline Personality Disorder
Offers education classes, support groups, and additional resources for all who live with or care for someone with borderline personality disorder and struggling with emotional regulation.
Schizophrenia and Psychosis Action Alliance
Offers education, support groups, research, and other resources for people who live with or care about someone on the schizophrenia psychosis spectrum.

MENTAL HEALTH ORGANIZATION IN WEST MICHIGAN

Network 180 - Kent County Community Mental Health Authority
Serves adults, youth, and families seeking help with mental health, substance use, or intellectual and developmental disabilities. Enhanced services include outpatient services, 24/7 crisis hotline, 24/7 mobile crisis services for adults and youth, and utilization of evidence-based tools such as Trauma-Informed Care, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. Call the Access Center at (616) 336-3909 to receive help. Network 180 is available 24/7, including holidays.
For those who have lost a loved one to suicide or love someone who struggles with mental health issues. The organization offers events and support groups as well as hosts a weekly walk for mental health.
