You Are Not Alone
The first step to recovery is recognizing that the problem is not being solved with continued addictive behavior. You have a longing to live in freedom … fully alive. You deserve to experience healing and the abundance of the grace-filled life you were made to live. You are not alone. You may be experiencing some of the following signs or symptoms that often accompany addiction:

Regular, often intense, urge or craving for behavior (activity or use)

Focus too much attention on how to satisfy the urge or craving

Need for more with decreased satisfaction

Several failed attempts to stop the behavior
